Civil Engineering Intern
We are looking for a person who is able to a variety of civil engineering project related tasks, including drafting, design work, storm water calculations, working on municipal and state permits and approvals and assisting the project managers. We are looking for a reliable, self-directed person who wants to learn and gain experience. No previous civil engineering work experience is required. Some AutoCAD knowledge / experience is preferred. We would like a college senior who is studying municipal, environmental or water resource engineering and is set to graduate in the following December or May. We are willing to work around your school schedule. This position could lead to full time employment upon graduation if the fit is right.
Entry Level Civil/Land Development Engineer

Required Experience: Entry level position, 0-5 years.
Position Description:
We have an opportunity available for a full time, entry level Land Development Civil Engineer. The responsibilities of the position include working under a Professional Engineer to complete the development of plans for approval which include the design of roadways, drainage, stormwater management, grading, erosion control and utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main) both public and private, survey plans and maps, storm water management reports, permitting through government agencies from local to federal and participate in effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks with other internal and external project participants including clients, other development design members and regulating authorities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with course work focusing on the design of roadways, transportation, storm drainage systems, water distribution, hydraulics and hydrology; ability to work effectively independently and with other team members; Posses strong technical writing and verbal communication skills; Experience in AutoCAD.
