CLUB AT BROOKFIELD HILLS

This development consists of 4 separate apartment buildings with 48 units each and a 99 room hotel located in the middle of the Brookfield Hills golf course complete for Wimmer Development. CJ Engineering provide compete land surveying and civil engineering services including public sanitary sewer and water main relocations, site and roadway design, grading and drainage, and storm water management. This project also required extensive flood plain mitigation meeting the requirements of the City of Brookfield, WI DNR and FEMA in order to allow for this level of density on the 12 acre parcel.
