A 34-Lot Subdivision located Near 91st and Good hope Road in the City of Milwaukee.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provided complete civil design services including grading, public roadway, public water
and sewer. Storm water management provided by a large regional pond that will also serve the commercial development adjacent to the Subdivision. Part of the roadway was design with a median to save an existing 52″ oak tree.
