Pilgrim Springs Marketplace
Pilgrim Springs Marketplace is a multi-tenant retail strip center located on Silver Spring Drive and Pilgrim Road in the Village of Menomonee Falls, WI.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provided complete civil design services including parking lot design, grading, utility and
erosion control. Existing flood plain boundary was adjusted to allow commercial development to maximize area along Silver Spring. Storm water management was provided meeting all of the WI DNR and Village requirements by using porous pavement, without any additional detention facilities.
