THE ORCHARD

This development consists of 6 – 8-units apartment / condominium buildings in the City of Greenfield, completed for Wimmer Development. We provided complete civil engineering design services for this development. Storm water management was provided by central pond in the parking court area to allow for maximum the site use, minimize the need for storm sewer and to create a natural water feature in the center of the development.
